Job Role Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

The Expeditor and Supply Chain Support receives guidance from Procurement hierarchy and is in charge of providing support in:
\u2022 Managing daily interface with Vendors, Packers\/FF\u2019s to minimize overall supply chain lead time
\u2022 Communicating with Vendors, Business Line and Warehouse on status of material
\u2022 Communicating with Acquisition on status and root causes of late order deliveries 
\u2022 Tracking of orders using internal tools.
\u2022 Working in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, other business lines and consulting  with outside shipping agents and vendors about shipment\/delivery of merchandises
\u2022 Support Warehouse for process and continued improvements<\/p>\n\n\n

Work location is Douala with possible short trips to other Company sites depending on business requirements.Expected Level of Proficiency<\/p>\n\n\n

\u2022 The Candidate must have a University degree (Bac +2\/3) in related discipline, Logistics & Transports, Customs, Supply chain, Accounting, Information Systems, Communication, Business Administration or other relevant education combined with experience.
\u2022 Relevant experience in Logistics & Customs brokerage.
\u2022 Knowledge of the Customs CEMAC Code.
\u2022 Good understanding of the ANOR and SGS pre-shipment inspection requirements.
 <\/p>\n\n\n

Skills and attributes required:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0Understanding of Company Guidelines\u00a0 and language
\u2022\u00a0Ethical business judgment
\u2022\u00a0Good knowledge of SAP\/IPES or other similar software
\u2022\u00a0Very high proficiency using Excel and good knowledge of Word
\u2022\u00a0Organizational skills to monitor a number of orders from multiple vendors
\u2022\u00a0Verbal and written communication skills for contact with suppliers during the expediting process
\u2022\u00a0Strong command of the English Language and good working knowledge in French
\u2022\u00a0Strong ability to multitask
\u2022\u00a0Knowledge of production and shipping processes as well as quality assurance methods
\u2022\u00a0Ability to network and interface with a range of people at all levels.
\u2022\u00a0Result oriented, with problem solving abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n
