Coordinate with FAO teams and engage with<br>governmental and local stakeholders and the PBF Secretariat Technique. Facilitate effective<br>planification, communication, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities along with<br>designated teams.<\/li><li>Supervise the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) operations in the Far-North region of the<br>country and related capacity-building activities. Follow-up with stakeholders on<br>actions\/responses undertaken following DTM findings and the needs of humanitarian actors and<br>recommend changes to DTM strategy in the country accordingly, in close collaboration with the<br>DTM Unit at IOM Geneva Headquarters (HQs) and Regional Office in Dakar. Participate in DTM<br>relevant coordination meetings and events.<\/li><li>Coordinate the production of reports and information products on DTM, including, but not<br>limited to, the analytical and statistical reports, displacement profiles, return profiles,<br>transhumance alert system, maps and other relevant products, supervising the Information<br>Management and project assistants to compile and analyze DTM data as well as monitoring the<br>implementing partners deployed in all regions covered by the projects.<\/li><li>Provide timely, accurate, standardized, and adequate information to all relevant stakeholders<br>(humanitarian, transition\/recovery and peacebuilding actors) regarding movements, new<br>displacements, mobility trends, conditions in return\/relocation areas and transhumance flows.<\/li><li>Maintain good relationships with counterparts in key Ministries, local authorities, partners and<br>civil society in the area of project implementation.<\/li><li>Liaise with relevant actors on data governance to assist in the development of a capacity<br>transfer strategy on migration data.<\/li><li>Facilitate the continuity of data collection operations in various contexts and at all stages of<br>the crisis cycle, from emergency to recovery, including peacebuilding.<\/li><li>Facilitate the integration of gender perspectives and attention to specific vulnerable groups<br>including women\/girl&rsquo;s and children\u2019s rights issues within activities.<\/li><li>Regularly travel to field locations to provide technical support and monitor operations.<\/li><li>Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<\/li><li><br>Required Qualifications and Experience:<br>Education<\/li><li><br>\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in Political or Social Science, Law, Management, Information Management,<br>Disaster Risk Management or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two<br>years of relevant professional experience; or<br>\u2022 University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience.<br>Experience<br>\u2022 Experience in humanitarian emergencies and project management;<br>\u2022 Experience in coordinating field activities and managing an office team;<br>\u2022 Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders;<br>\u2022 Experience in the development and implementation of the Displacement Tracking Matrix<br>Page 2 \/ 4<br>(DTM) or similar assessment and information management activities;<br>\u2022 Experience in Cameroon and knowledge of the local context is an advantage.<br>Skills<br>\u2022 Proficiency in at least two of the following: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,<br>Publisher), statistical software (Stata, SAS, R, SPSS), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,<br>Photoshop, InDesign), or Geographic Information Systems software (ArcGIS or equivalent).<br>Languages<br>IOM\u2019s official languages are English, French, and Spanish.<br>For this position, fluency in English and working knowledge of French is required (oral and<br>written).
