\u00b7        Ensure the application of internal procedures and standard purchasing rules.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead>
\u00b7         Implementation of procedures specific to the purchasing scope\u00b7         Control of the conformity of purchases against specifications, costs, deadlines\u00b7         Create\/Monitor\/Update Company supplier database\u00b7         Create and develop an approved suppliers list\u00b7         Monitoring of contracts\u00b7         Monitoring of vendors evaluation periodically, based on internal stakeholders\u2019 feedback to maintain best quality\/price strategy (Terms and condition negotiation).\u00b7         Ensure compliance with the rules of competitiveness\u00b7         Monthly monitoring of departmental expenses\u00b7        Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Procurement. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Education and Work Experience<\/td><\/tr>
\u00b7        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, or diploma in procurement, supply chain, International Trade, Logistics supply chain or equivalent.\u00b7         Minimum five years of relevant work experience<\/td><\/tr>
Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
\u00b7        Effective negotiation skills\u00b7        Ability to work in a team environment with a diversified workforce\u00b7        Good communication, analytical and observation skills\u00b7        In-depth knowledge of procurement process\u00b7        Good professional skills in KPI, INCOTERMS and TCO\u00b7        Excellent working knowledge of English and French\u00b7        A good working knowledge of relevant supporting tools and technologies such as SAP, MS Office, etc\u2026 Deardline: January 31, 2021.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
