For our country programme office in Cameroon, we are looking for a dynamic and committed People & Culture Intern who will provide support to HR development activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location<\/strong>: Yaound\u00e9, Cameroon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration<\/strong>: 6 months<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HR Administration:<\/em><\/strong>\u2022 Prepare Internship letters, volunteers contracts\u2022 Follow volunteers and internships contracts and prepare payment status at the end of each month\u2022 Support in the Management of outsourced Staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HR Development<\/em><\/strong>\u2022 Support recruitment processes making sure that all requirements are met (staff request forms, Job ad, recruitment strategy, filing) and conduct interviews for support staff\/students;\u2022 Prepare and ensure the update of staff induction kit;\u2022 Support the design of annual training plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting<\/em><\/strong>\u2022 Consolidate weekly recruitment reports;\u2022 Prepare reports of weekly P&C Meetings\u2022 Support in Gathering evaluation (PDJ) forms and compilation of the Performance & Appraisal annual report;\u2022 Execute every other duty on the request of internal partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications <\/strong>\u2022 Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR Management or related field (social sciences, law, etc.) with at least two years of experience (experience in an international organization or NGO is desired).\u2022 Knowledge of the institutional, legal and policy framework of employment and HR management in Cameroon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills and Competencies <\/strong>\u2022 Visible and accessible: Is visible, approachable and available to all employees;\u2022 Results oriented: Delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy;\u2022 Trustworthy: Establishes a relation of trust with employees through openness, adherence to commitments, and maintains confidentiality;\u2022 Good team work skills;\u2022 Good knowledge of Ms Office suite;\u2022 Good oral and written skills in English and French;\u2022 Adhere to WWF\u2019s values: Respect, Courage, Integrity & Collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
