Job Purpose:Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers with the aim of selling the Bank\u2019s products toSmall and Medium Size and Micro Finance Institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principal Responsibilities (Key tasks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Drive sales of the bank’s products and services to SMEs and Micro Finance Institutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Establish new leads, secure meetings, pitch to clients and offer banking advice<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 originate commercial loans and identify cross-selling opportunities in every customer relationship<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Connect priorities & challenges to Solutions in order to create value for the bank and its customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Maximize account profitability by selling other products and services to thebank\u2019s customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Drive collections in customer\u2019s account which will be used for FX and other businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Identify and develop banking relationships with SME\/MFI institutions
\uf0a7 Ensure proper documentation throughout the credit application and availment process
\uf0a7 Sourcing for and monitoring of customer\u2019s tenured investment \/ facilities.
\uf0a7 Respond promptly and satisfactorily to customer\u2019s daily request and complaints.
\uf0a7 Prepare weekly and monthly statistics\/performance reports for management use.
\uf0a7 Monitoring of the customer\u2019s main account regularly
\uf0a7 Reconcile all transactions on customer\u2019s accounts where and when necessary.
\uf0a7 Assist with the processing of customer\u2019s letters of credit and invisible transactions.
\uf0a7 Initiate and carry out recovery action on non-performing credits facilities
\uf0a7 Maintain database of the customers operational records including the existing and prospective customer data \uf0a7 Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Retail banking.

\uf0a7 Timeliness in delivering revenue generation reports
\uf0a7 Number of SME\/MFI accounts opened
\uf0a7 Timeliness & effectiveness in completion of assigned tasks
\uf0a7 Efficiency level at executing scheduled and ad hoc assignments \uf0a7 Effectiveness establishment of new relationships
\uf0a7 Targets Assigned Vs Actual<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Competencies\/ Skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0d8 Minimum of Master\u2019s degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, management, or other related disciplines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0d8 Minimum 5 years exposure in SME Relationship Management\/ Marketing and Banking. Credit Experience is a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0d8 Knowledge of banking internal processes and policies. A good understanding of the Financial Service Sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0d8 Fully bilingual: French and English, good persuasiveness and sales skills, good knowledge of Cameroon financial markets
and regulatory requirements, high level of loyalty, honesty and integrity etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n
