1. IDENTIFY CRITICAL HYGIENE PRACTICES IN AN BREWERY ENVIRONMENT<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify hygiene practices and risk in wort production<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify hygiene practices and risks in yeast and fermentation<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure microbiological in the brewing process<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify hygiene practices and risks in maturation and storage<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify hygiene practices and risks in packaging<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify hygiene practices and risks in draught beer process<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify hygiene practices and risks in utilities and waste<\/p>\n

2. OPTIMISE BREWERY HYGIENE PRACTICES<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide hygiene expertise<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Conduct training and assessment in the workplace<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Optimize cleaning and sanitizing practices and procedures across the brewery<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop and control documentation in the workplace<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Implement policies and surveys<\/p>\n

3. FACILITATE PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING<\/p>\n

REQUIRED SKILLS<\/p>\n

Knowledge :<\/p>\n

– Academic level: Master’s degree in QSE, Agro-food Industry Engineer<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Additional training and\/or qualification: training in hygiene management (Hygienist)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Professional experience: 05 years of experience in a similar position<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum age: 35 years old<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Know-How :<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Perfect mastery of the regulations and legislation on hygiene, health, safety and the environment<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Management of professional risks linked to the company’s activities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Control of working conditions<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Good knowledge of the company’s activity, processes and associated technologies<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
