The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations<\/p>\n
Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity<\/p>\n
Aid with processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity<\/p>\n
Serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives; train new team members and lower level personnel<\/p>\n
Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses<\/p>\n
Assist with cash & trade operational project needs<\/p>\n
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\u2019s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n

2-4 years of relevant experience<\/p>\n
Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services<\/p>\n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills<\/p>\n

Follow up for processing of transactions on hold.<\/p>\n
Reporting of Wire transfers and trade transactions in MINEFI SYSTEM called (GACHA BANK).<\/p>\n
Processing of Check-Bills purchased, booking entries on inward and outward collection.<\/p>\n
Reconciliation of clearing accounts, nostros accounts, suspense accounts<\/p>\n
Pre-scrutiny and scrutiny on bill discounted<\/p>\n
Pre-scrutiny and scrutiny on loans request<\/p>\n
Preparations of booking entries for loan and bill discounted.<\/p>\n
Investigations<\/p>\n
Archiving and filing of documents<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of trade procedure and trade product.<\/p>\n
Processing and Liquidation of managers and certified checks.<\/p>\n
Good working knowledge of Exchange control Regulation<\/p>\n
Ensure Clearance of transactions in relation to Exchange control regulation<\/p>\n
Knowledge of Payment incident regulation<\/p>\n
Knowledge of SYSTAC\/Clearing system and processes<\/p>\n
Perform call back and Sanction Screening on related bank transactions<\/p>\n
Ensure all customers transactions\/requests received are thoroughly reviewed for completeness and compliance and timely and accurately processed.<\/p>\n
Ensure assigned regulatory reports are submitted timely and accurately<\/p>\n
Perform Reconciliations of all Cash related processes<\/p>\n
Compiles and submits various Management reports (BSER, MIFT reports, GMRS etc)<\/p>\n
Evidences adherence to compliance policy in all source documents.<\/p>\n
Ensures that bank records and valuables files are protected in fireproof cabinet and controlled.<\/p>\n
Proofs on a regular basis (weekly or monthly) accounts given to him \/ her.<\/p>\n
Performs DCFCs and MCA on a regular basis (daily, weekly, or monthly).<\/p>\n
Ensures entities involved in transaction are checked against SDN lists.<\/p>\n
Reports timely to the supervisors or to the higher management, any issue damaging the bank<\/p>\n
Act as a back up to other operations and processing units, Clearing, Funds transfer and Trade unit<\/p>\n
