across the national territory. The position is based in Yaounde. Job level: 7 Job grade: 4C<\/p>\n

JOB PURPOSE:<\/p>\n
\u2713 To deliver high quality service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to<\/p>\n
enhance product sales and new client growth targets.<\/p>\n
\u2713 To deliver on agreed individual targets for deposit growth, revenue, PBT, product sales and new<\/p>\n
client growth targets.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSABILITIES<\/p>\n
Business and Financial performance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proactively develop client relationship, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs and give high priority to<\/p>\n
client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure that client instructions are duly effected by applying all standard checks and controls in coordination<\/p>\n
with other departments.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Achieve a satisfactory level of knowledge of Advantage Banking products and services<\/p>\n
\u2022 Produce timely reports for the assigned portfolios.<\/p>\n
Customer Excellence<\/p>\n
\u2022 Handle client queries of day to day nature and assist in resolving client\u2019s problems in collaboration with other<\/p>\n
team members.<\/p>\n
Leadership and people management<\/p>\n
\u2022 Track and provide weekly reports on Portfolio performance at RM level<\/p>\n
\u2022 Team Player<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work in close collaboration with CSU team for excellent service delivery and product sales<\/p>\n
Process, control and operational performance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure full adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines e.g. KYC and anti-money laundering<\/p>\n
measures.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Constantly monitor credit portfolio and engage timely recovery action to ensure maximum of 3% NPL.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide management reports on sales tracker, DIP and others<\/p>\n
Strategic initiatives<\/p>\n
\u2022 Lead strategic initiatives that will create business growth<\/p>\n
\u2022 Facilitate and drive migration of Advantage Customers to digital Channels<\/p>\n
\u2022 Achieve satisfactory performance on business challenges on Advantage Banking Portfolio<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

\u2022 At least 2 years experience in a consumer banking-based line of business.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing<\/p>\n
or related field of study<\/p>\n
