{"id":8414,"date":"2020-11-10T20:28:09","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T19:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cm\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=8414"},"modified":"2020-11-10T20:28:09","modified_gmt":"2020-11-10T19:28:09","slug":"8414","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2020\/8414\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOB ANNOUNCEMENT<\/p>\n<p>A Development Organization is seeking the services of a qualified, experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Assistant who will help<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate and support the execution of the Country Program HR strategy and operational plans in support of high-quality programs serving the poor and vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He\/She will provide responsive, high quality service to address HR programs, services and operations needs in all or some of the areas<\/p>\n<p>of recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding\/orientation, policies, staff care, and employee administration<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Yaound\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide support to the HR Manager in his responsibilities regarding the overall management of HR programs and services in the Country<\/p>\n<p>Program.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Help coordinate and support HR processes, activities, and service delivery, to ensure they meet latest agency, donor, and local legal<\/p>\n<p>requirements and standards and reflect best practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assess service needs and provide quality process services and advice to support managers in their daily staff management responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collect and organize input on HR processes and policies and participate in the review and update of various systems, manuals, guidelines, and tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support professional development needs assessment and help ensure the provision of precise development programs for CRS staff<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 and partners<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Compile documentation and data, perform data entry and data verification on personnel administration transactions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support maintenance of personnel files, compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain record keeping through personnel files that adheres to required CRS, donor, and local law regulations. As needed<\/p>\n<p>provide support on analytical reports on HR-related data, metrics and trends to support decision-making, workforce planning and development.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide responsive and high-quality service to employees with requests on personnel administration and clerical issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide support to recruitment process: collecting CVs, greeting candidates, setting up tests and interviews, bridger check, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Compile documentation and data perform data entry and data verification on personnel administration transactions (e.g. leave balances, staff<\/p>\n<p>attendance, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Help coordinate the health insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 High School Diploma required. Professional Diploma\/Certificate or courses in Administration or Human Resources Management a plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of two years work experience in an administrative and\/or human resources assistant role with some familiarity of human resources<\/p>\n<p>practices. Experience with an international organization a plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages, in particular Excel and Word.
