As part of his mission, he will be required to\u00a0perform the following tasks:<\/p>\n– Define action plans in compliance with the general policy of Apave International ;\n– Ensure the development of\u00a0 subsidiary\u2019s revenue by coordinating its commercial and technical actions ;\n– Represent the company with customers and prospects\u00a0;\n– Monitor and supervise the company\u2019s activities and analyze the business results\u00a0;\n– Design the organization and adapt material and human resources to achieve our objectives\u00a0;\n–\u00a0Monitor and report the budget of the subsidiary, in accordance with the Group\u2019s strategic objectives ;\n– Pilot Human Resources management and guarantee a good social environment;\n– Lead accounting and financial management\u00a0;\n– Ensure the application of standards, regulations and technical specifications within the company and during \u00a0\u00a0missions (technical control, inspection, NDT, training, etc..) realized by the technical teams;
