Mission<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Your role is to generate sales and build win-win relations with outlets in assigned territory.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Your will leverage all market opportunities for high return on consumers and customers investment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
You will work with all players in the market to deliver Volume, Value, Numeric Distribution and Execution standards.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n
Qualifications Any Commercial University<\/p>\n
Degree (HND, Bachelor, Master etc,.) and at least 2 years track record in Sales \/ Marketing\/Customer facing role.<\/p>\n
Experience \u2022 Sales or relevant industry related experience in FMCG, ideally beverage industry, with proven experience in dealing with retail customers<\/p>\n
\u2022 Journey planning techniques<\/p>\n
\u2022 Persuasive selling<\/p>\n
\u2022 merchandising techniques<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bilingual English\/ French<\/p>\n
\u2022 Healthy and physically robust<\/p>\n
\u2022 Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Good driver with a valid license<\/p>\n

\u2022 Achieves volume, share, and distribution targets.Perfect execution of Picture of success Communication skills Direct selling to outlet Market analysis: volume, shares, competition activities.<\/p>\n
