    I. MISSIONS<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Le contr\u00f4leur de gestion a pour missions :<\/p>\n

      \n
    • de fournir \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale le r\u00e9sultat de ses analyses \u00e9conomiques et financi\u00e8res, n\u00e9cessaires au pilotage op\u00e9rationnel et \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise ;<\/li>\n
    • de mettre en place un cadre de gestion budg\u00e9taire ;<\/li>\n
    • de concevoir et de mettre en place un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de gestion et de comptabilit\u00e9 analytique ;<\/li>\n
    • d\u2019\u00e9laborer et mettre en place les outils de reporting destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale ;<\/li>\n
    • de d\u00e9finir avec la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale les principales orientations des contr\u00f4les et indicateurs \u00e0 mettre en place, et le cadre du reporting destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ;<\/li>\n
    • de concevoir les tableaux de bord de l\u2019activit\u00e9 (hebdomadaires, mensuels ou trimestriels) ;<\/li>\n
    • d\u2019analyser mensuellement les performances de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9tude des \u00e9carts des r\u00e9sultats par rapport aux budgets et objectifs ;<\/li>\n
    • de collecter, analyser et synth\u00e9tiser les donn\u00e9es budg\u00e9taires venant des d\u00e9partements op\u00e9rationnels et des centres de profit ;<\/li>\n
    • d\u2019anticiper les d\u00e9rives, mener des actions correctrices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      II. PROFIL<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Etre \u00e2g\u00e9 entre 30 et 45 ans ;<\/li>\n
      • Avoir un dipl\u00f4me (Bac + 4\/5) dans un des domaines suivants : Contr\u00f4le de Gestion, Comptabilit\u00e9, Finances, Gestion et Audit<\/li>\n
      • Ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019utilisation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information : tableurs, bases de donn\u00e9es, ERP\u2026 ;<\/li>\n
      • Comp\u00e9tence en analyse de donn\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n
      • Aptitude au travail en \u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        PROFILE: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
        \n

          \n
        • Managerial staff<\/li>\n
        • Location: Douala<\/li>\n
        • Type of Contract: permanent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          I. MISSIONS<\/p>\n

          The Financial Controller assignments are:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Provide the management with economic and financial analyses results, which are necessary for the operational management and the company\u2019s strategy;<\/li>\n
          • Set up a budget management framework;<\/li>\n
          • Design and set a management control and cost accounting system;<\/li>\n
          • Develop and implement reporting tools for the Management;<\/li>\n
          • Define with the Management the main control and indicators guidelines to be implemented and the reporting framework for the Management;<\/li>\n
          • Develop the activity\u2019s dashbord (weekly, monthly or quarterly);<\/li>\n
          • Analyse the company\u2019s performance on a monthly basis by studying any variances in results related to budgets and objectives;<\/li>\n
          • Collect, analyse and carry out a synthesis of the budget data from operational departments and profit centres;<\/li>\n
          • Anticipate on deviations and take corrective action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            II. PROFILE<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Be between 30 and 45 years old;<\/li>\n
            • Be a holder of (Bac + 4\/5) in one of the following fields: Management Audit, Accounting, Finance, Management and Auditing<\/li>\n
            • Have a mastery of information systems: spreadsheets, databases, ERP\u2026 ;<\/li>\n
            • Be competent in data analysis;<\/li>\n
            • Ability to work in a team..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
