I. ASSIGNMENTS<\/p>\n
The Financial Controller assignments are:<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Provide the management with economic and financial analyses results, which are necessary for the<\/p>\n
operational management and the company\u2019s strategy;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Set up a budget management framework;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Design and set a management control and cost accounting system;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Develop and implement reporting tools for the Management;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Define with the Management the main control and indicators guidelines to be implemented and the<\/p>\n
reporting framework for the Management;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Develop the activity\u2019s dashbord (weekly, monthly or quarterly);<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Analyse the company’s performance on a monthly basis by studying any variances in results related to<\/p>\n
budgets and objectives;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Collect, analyse and carry out a synthesis of the budget data from operational departments and profit<\/p>\n
centres;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Anticipate on deviations and take corrective action.<\/p>\n

II. PROFILE<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Be between 30 and 45 years old;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Be a holder of (Bac + 4\/5) in one of the following fields: Management Audit, Accounting, Finance,<\/p>\n
Management and Auditing<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Have a mastery of information systems: spreadsheets, databases, ERP… ;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Be competent in data analysis;<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Ability to work in a team..<\/p>\n
