If you think you\u2019ve got what it takes and your professional experience meets our criteria get in touch with us via our website:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/admin.cafonline.com\/en-us\/caf\/careers\"><strong>http:\/\/admin.cafonline.com\/en-us\/caf\/careers<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>We are currently looking for the following player to join our team:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Head of Content <\/u><\/strong><strong>who can contribute to CAF\u2019s overall success by effectively handling the following duties: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and optimization of the content department ensuring that CAF message are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions formulated along with the Chief of Communications.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the performance of the content against CAF objectives and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all the content put out to the media through, CAF Media channel, interviews, collateral, speeches, recorded messages, newsletters, etc&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Draft the speeches for CAF senior staff &amp; members during CAF events and advise them on written responses to the media.<\/li>\n<li>Draft press releases and other media materials for use in announcements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Media department in order to fulfil the vision of the Communications division under the supervision of Chief of Communications.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee in cooperation with the Commercial Director CAF various social media platforms in regard to content, promotion, consumer engagement, performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Commercial Director to support marketing activities such as product branding, content, and messages.<\/li>\n<li>Support CAF Competitions division when needed in reviewing CAF regulations and official documents under the supervision of Chief of Communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree Journalism and Communications Studies.<\/li>\n<li>Master is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on the dynamics of African sporting media<\/li>\n<li>Passion for African football<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills of CAF official languages (French, English &amp; Arabic)<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the website, applications and recent technologies.<\/li>\n<li>5 to 10 years\u2019 experience in similar position<\/li>\n<li>Tenet of Online Journalism<\/li>\n<li>Expert in running digital media platforms (Facebook, twitter, Instagram\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Public speaking<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking<\/li>\n<li>Team-player who can work also independently<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility in working on missions and traveling overseas<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving Skills<\/li>\n<li>Research\u00a0and analytical\u00a0skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of management and communications competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates an ability to drive the content department towards a unified vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOnly applications matching the requirements listed above will be considered\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Application deadline: 10\/09\/2020<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CAF is Hiring \u00a0 Ever dreamed about working in football?
