Management, offering its services to international development organizations, as well as to private companies in the fields of:<br \/>\n\u2022 Organizational Development<br \/>\n\u2022 Strategic and Operational planning<br \/>\n\u2022 Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects,<br \/>\n\u2022 Conceptualization and facilitation of workshops and international conferences, etc.<\/p>\n<p>After 25 years of experience,\u00a0<em>STRATEGIES!<\/em>\u00a0wishes to consolidate its international positioning and increase its visibility while embracing digitization.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>STRATEGIES!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0recruits a<strong>\u00a0Communication Consultant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Roles and responsibilities of the consultant<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Content development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In charge of content development for the website and other social media channels of:\n<ul>\n<li>Technical articles \u2013 such as courses, books, thematical articles<\/li>\n<li>Non-technical articles \u2013 activities or events related articles, as well as<\/li>\n<li>Production of other communication tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Assist in writing articles and developing strategy for\u00a0<em>STRATEGIES!<\/em>\u00a0positioning as a Thought-Leadership firm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a strategy for\u00a0<em>STRATEGIES!<\/em>\u00a0social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate a communication strategy for the company&rsquo;s events and online products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coordination of communication strategies with other partners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate communication work that is outsourced to other partners such as marketing or advertising agencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Media &amp; event management (Would be an added advantage)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure regular presence in traditional media<\/li>\n<li>Manage events around the 25th\u00a0anniversary of the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Required competence<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates should demonstrate<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical, research and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce high-quality content within deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write clearly and adapting style and content to different audience<\/li>\n<li>Strong strategic thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility in responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Productive and efficient worker, highly motivated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Competence that would be a great advantage<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of private sector and\/or development issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Basic web content management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing social media pages for an organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with traditional media relations: TV, radios, magazines, etc\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic Qualifications\/Education:\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Bachelors&rsquo; degree or equivalence in experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience:\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in corporate and\/or institutional communication<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of producing articles, blogs and communication products &#8211;
