professionalism, teamwork, and compliance with IT operational procedures and security standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Principal Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support development, enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital applications and integration platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in development and support of web applications, mobile banking platforms, business dashboards, and internal management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation and maintenance of APIs and integration services with banking systems, third-party services, SMS platforms, and payment solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in backend development activities, including business logic implementation, API integration, and application optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Support frontend development activities to improve application usability, responsiveness, and user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in database development and SQL activities, including query writing, stored procedures, report extraction, data reconciliation, and database troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide first and second-level application support for users, application incidents, deployment issues, and integration failures.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in application testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, regression testing, and release validation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor APIs, application services, scheduled jobs, database processes, and integration services to detect and escalate operational issues.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, deployment procedures, user manuals, and configuration guides.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support application delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures, operational standards, and security requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Profile<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience in software development, web application development, backend development, or application support.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of API integrations, web services, and application connectivity.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in SQL query writing, database support, and troubleshooting activities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting digital banking, fintech, or business applications is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Basic experience in application deployment, testing, and issue resolution within production or support environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fintech, banking, or microfinance environments is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications in Software Development, SQL Server, APIs, Cloud Technologies, or IT Service Management are an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML\/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL Server.<\/li>\n<li>Added advantage: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Docker, Linux, IIS, Nginx, and SSL configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with development and support tools such as Git, GitHub, Postman, Jira, VS Code, and IntelliJ.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of query writing, stored procedures, database troubleshooting, and application deployment support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Fast learner with strong attention to detail and willingness to grow technically.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure with high professionalism and integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual (spoken and
