Reports To:<\/strong> Group CFO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose:<\/strong> Translate financial data into actionable insights, support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare monthly management dashboards and KPI reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Maintain and update rolling forecasts and long-term projections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Conduct variance and scenario analysis vs budget\/plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Support business units with financial planning and decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Track and report on strategic initiatives and investment performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide ad hoc analysis for board and investor reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Monthly management reporting pack (D+6)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Rolling 3-month forecast (monthly)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Quarterly strategic performance review (Q+5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Investor metrics pack (quarterly)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Master Degree in Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 5+ years in FP&A, management reporting, or strategic finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong Excel, modelling, and data analysis skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Excellent communication skills to present insights to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in multi-entity \/ multi-currency environments preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Group-wide FP&A, covering all subsidiaries and business lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Coordinates closely with Financial Controllers and Treasury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KPIs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Quality of insights and recommendations for management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
