Reports To:<\/strong> Group CFO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose:<\/strong> Ensure group liquidity and financial stability by managing cash, funding, foreign exchange exposure, and banking relationships across all subsidiaries, in line with the Group\u2019s strategic and governance objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Monitor daily cash positions across all entities and currencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare rolling cash forecasts (4\u20136 weeks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Allocate cash flow and monitoring cash positions with our various termination partners in all regions where we send and\/or collect funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensures daily hat the assets transferred to clients are effectively received by the company in their local currency equivalent and properly allocated to the correct accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Monitor FX market trends and competitors\u2019 offerings to ensure that our FX services remain competitive while strictly adhering to the guidelines set by top management for group companies engaged in remittances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Communicate the daily FX rates applicable to transactions processed through our platforms to partners and customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Liaise with banks and financial institutions for financing, deposits, and payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Daily cash position report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Weekly liquidity report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 6-week cash forecast<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Intercompany funding plan (monthly)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 FX exposure report (weekly)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Master\u2019s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 5+ years\u2019 experience in treasury or corporate finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong knowledge of FX, cash flow management, and banking operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Analytical skills and accuracy under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in multi-currency, multi-entity groups preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in a money transfer, PSP or Fintech company is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Group-wide treasury management, covering all subsidiaries and currencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Works closely with Finance Controllers and FP&A to align cash and funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KPIs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Accuracy of cash forecasts and liquidity reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 FX risk and exposure management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Timely intercompany funding and banking operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
