The role ensures programmes are aligned with the organization\u2019s mission, strategic objectives, donor requirements, and impact goals, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategic Leadership &amp; Programme Oversight<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic leadership and direction for SFA\u2019s program portfolio in Cameroon and internationally (as applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead programme design, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with SFA\u2019s strategic plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure programmatic alignment with donor priorities, organizational goals, and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Programme Quality, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee results-based management (RBM) systems, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality programme reporting to donors, partners, and the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote learning, innovation, and continuous improvement across programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Leadership &amp; Capacity Building<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, supervise, and mentor Program Managers and program staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen staff capacity through coaching, training, and performance management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented team culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Partnerships &amp; External Relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and manage strategic partnerships with donors, government agencies, UN bodies, NGOs, and community organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent SFA Cameroon in external meetings, forums, and networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support resource mobilization efforts in collaboration with leadership and development teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial Management &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee programme budgets and expenditures in coordination with finance staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with donor agreements, organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and audit requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and manage programmatic risks and mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Policy, Safeguarding &amp;
