Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and systems in line with regulatory requirements and institutional goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation and talent management to attract and retain top talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and compliance with Cameroon labour laws.
Foster a positive workplace culture, employee relations and effective communication across departments.
Manage performance management programs, learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Master’s\/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
Ready to work in Yaound\u00e9, Cameroon.
Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience in a private higher institution is a plus. Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal \/communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks\/priorities, maintain confidentiality with diverse stakeholders.
