Preparation and Mise en Place: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the restaurant\/lounge is fully prepared before service, including cleaning floors and bathroom, setting up tables, polishing glassware, and organizing workstations.<\/li>\n<li>Stock and replenish service items such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Service:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome and seat guests, presenting menus and making recommendations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Take and serve food and drink orders promptly and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by being attentive and accommodating special requests.<\/li>\n<li>Process bills and payments efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Cleaning and Maintenance:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area throughout the shift.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Clear and reset tables promptly.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Follow cleaning schedules for all equipment and spaces within the restaurant\/lounge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Client Satisfaction:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to management when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Teamwork:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Assist team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
