{"id":5708,"date":"2020-08-07T05:12:29","date_gmt":"2020-08-07T03:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cm\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=5708"},"modified":"2020-08-07T05:12:29","modified_gmt":"2020-08-07T03:12:29","slug":"payroll-manager-melt-group","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2020\/payroll-manager-melt-group\/","title":{"rendered":"PAYROLL MANAGER-MELT GROUP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PAYROLL MANAGER <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MELT GROUP is looking for A PAYROLL MANAGER to develop its activities in its countries of operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Payroll manager performs and supervises payroll accounting and processing based on company policies in all countries of operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uploading client rate schedules(CRS) and checking rates if they comply with contract agreements in all countries( preparing and inputting data into automated system)<\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll transaction including calculations, deductions and withholdings<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all employees are paid on time and accurately<\/li>\n<li>Respond to payroll inquiries and concerns from employees and clients<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and advising on payroll queries for all countries<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and reconciliation of all payroll related general ledger accounts and reports \uf0b7 Review payroll reports for correctness and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Training payroll support officers in all aspects of Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction to IT department on maintenance and enhancement to the payroll software<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"4\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li>\nCoordinate annual payments for leave and bonuses<\/li>\n<li>Conducting quarterly appraisals of payroll support officers manage performance and monitor development.<\/li>\n<li>Approve remuneration reports prepared by Payroll support officers before bank transfers are done.<\/li>\n<li>Process and distribute reports for compensation, taxes and other deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on the Finance team to ensure that tax and CNPS declarations are done correctly and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times with regards to the business and its members<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the management, planning and execution of payroll processes and systems in an accurate and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Recommend changes in policies, procedures and methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Work Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sc. in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience, preferably in payroll preparation and processing, working as payroll junior support personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Competence Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 \u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of the local taxation policies.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated individual with effective organizational\/planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build excellent relationship with internal &amp; external interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong analytical abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus while managing competing deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills (English and \uf0b7 French).<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"4\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li>\nAbility to work in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to forecast and advise management on payroll changes<\/li>\n<li>Experience in performing ledger reconciliation, researching variances and affecting appropriate solutions for any discrepancies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deadline: 10<sup>th<\/sup> August 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>Apply here: www.hsd-melt.com<\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
