Plac\u00e9(e) sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du Responsable Support IT \/ Responsable Service Desk, le(la) sp\u00e9cialiste service desk sera le point de contact unique (SPOC) entre les utilisateurs et l\u2019IT. Il(elle) aura la charge de r\u00e9ceptionner, qualifier et traiter les demandes et incidents, assurer le support N1\/N2, escalader vers les \u00e9quipes techniques si n\u00e9cessaire, et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue du service via le respect des SLA et la capitalisation dans la base de connaissances.<br><br><strong>ATTRIBUTIONS<\/strong><br>POINT DE CONTACT UNIQUE (SPOC) ET ACCUEIL : r\u00e9ception des sollicitations des utilisateurs, qualification du besoin ;<br><br>GESTION DES TICKETS (INCIDENTS VS DEMANDES (ITIL)) : enregistrement et cat\u00e9gorisation, distinction des incidents \/demandes, application du bon workflow ;<br><br>SUPPORT N1\/N2 : DIAGNOSTIC, R\u00c9SOLUTION ET ASSISTANCE : r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes courants, guidage utilisateur, documentation des solutions ;<br><br>ESCALADE ET COORDINATION AVEC LES \u00c9QUIPES TECHNIQUES : escalade efficace, suivi du traitement, communication avec l\u2019utilisateur ;<br><br>SUIVI SLA, QUALIT\u00c9 DE SERVICE ET CAPITALISATION : respect des SLA\/OLA, production de reporting, contribution \u00e0 la base de connaissances pour r\u00e9duire les incidents r\u00e9currents, promotion et am\u00e9lioration des solutions de self-service.<br><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><br><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1.Dipl\u00f4mes et exp\u00e9riences<\/strong><br><br>\u00catre titulaire d\u2019un Bac+2 au minimum en informatique ou \u00e9quivalent ;<br>Avoir un minimum de 2 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en support utilisateur\/service desk&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.
