Job Objectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oversee and manage the bank\u2019s enterprise-wide ICFR management framework. The role involved is to properly aligned with financial reporting risks while complying with ICFR requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Accountabilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Assist in the design, documentation and implementation of ICFR frameworks
2. Support management\u2019s ICFR assessment and certification processes
3. Prepare ICFR related reports summaries and supporting documentation
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Coordinate with process owners to ensure timely completion of control activities
6. Liaise with external auditors and consultants during audits and reviews
7. Assist in updating controls for changes in business processes, systems or regulations
8. Support initiatives to strengthen internal control awareness across the Bank
9. Creation of database of controls on each item of the Financial Statement
Minimum Education Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum of a Master\u2019s degree in a relevant subject, such as finance, accounting, banking, audit or control, and professional certificates as advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum of 8 years\u2019 experience in banking covering finance, accounting and Financial reporting standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
\u2013 Computer literate
\u2013 Understand banking operations
\u2013 Knowledge of Financial Analysis.
\u2013 Financial modeling techniques
