Job Objectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsible to perform various test control testing and ensure compliance with ICFR requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Role & Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Maintain process narratives, flowcharts, risk control matrices and control documentation
2. Ensure controls are properly aligned with financial reporting risks
3. Perform walkthroughs and test the operating effectiveness of key controls
4. Identify control gaps, deficiencies and areas for improvement
5. Assist in evaluating the severity of control deficiencies and remediation plans
6. Coordinate with process owners to ensure timely completion of control activities
7. Propose\/initiate controls on the Financial Statements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Education- Minimum of bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, banking, audit and control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience \u2013 Minimum of 0-2 years banking or minimum of 1-3 years non-banking but related experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Basis knowledge in finance and accounting
\u2013 Basic knowledge in banking operations
\u2013 Basic knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements for financial reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
