client&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;is looking for an&nbsp;<strong>IT Specialist \/ Systems and Network Administrator<\/strong>&nbsp;responsible for ensuring the management, maintenance, and evolution of computer systems and network infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary=100.000-105.000XFA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Systems and Network Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows \/ Linux)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer the local network (switches, routers, Wi-Fi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage domain controllers and network services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure backup management and IT security<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise network equipment (Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei or equivalent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assist users (Level 1 and 2 support)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install and configure workstations and peripherals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infrastructure and Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the deployment of IT solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement hosting and virtualization solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure monitoring and performance optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong mastery of TCP\/IP networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch and VLAN configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Windows Server \/ Active Directory administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtualization knowledge (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT security and firewall fundamentals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wi-Fi management and network infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Assets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in an educational or hospitality environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Huawei SmartAX or operator equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Captive hotspot management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VoIP \/ PABX knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WordPress or digital communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desired Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Bac+2\/3 in Computer Science, Networks, or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional
