T\u00e9l\u00e9prospection)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le poste de commercial polyvalent (Terrain&amp; T\u00e9l\u00e9prospection) est charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper le chiffre d\u2019affaires de l\u2019entreprise en assurant la promotion, la vente, et la diffusion du logiciel de gestion financi\u00e8re et de fid\u00e9lisation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dernier agit comme interface entre l\u2019entreprise et les clients, depuis l\u2019identification des besoins jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la vente et la fid\u00e9lisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>DESCRIPTIF DES MISSIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prospection et acquisition client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9senter les solutions et qualifier les organisations cibles (terrain +online) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9senter et argumenter efficacement notre solution aupr\u00e8s des prospects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation et vente de la solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9senter de mani\u00e8re claire et convaincante le logiciel de gestion financi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Adapter le discours commercial au niveau de la maturit\u00e9 du client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9aliser les d\u00e9monstrations (physiques ou \u00e0 distance) du logiciel sur le terrain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mettre en avant les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices business\u00a0: Gain de temps, maitrise des finances, performances, fid\u00e9lisation client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Elaborer et proposer des offres commerciales adapt\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Argumenter, traiter les objections et rassurer le client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e9gocier les conditions de vente et conclure les contrats Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fix\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accompagnement et Onboarding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurer l\u2019onboarding des clients et les accompagner dans leur premier usage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suivi et fid\u00e9lisation client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurer le service apr\u00e8s-vente, maintenir une relation client de confiance durable, identifier des occasions de vente additionnelles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veille march\u00e9&amp;
