Through transformative programs in STEM, AI, and career readiness, we aim to equip the next generation with the skills and opportunities needed to drive lasting change and foster sustainable development in their communities and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Full time, Onsite<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Position Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the organization\u2019s public relations and communications strategy to enhance brand reputation, visibility, and stakeholder trust. The role ensures consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging across media, partners, and the public, while safeguarding the organization\u2019s image and credibility.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Public Relations Strategy &amp; Media Relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement public relations strategies aligned with SFA\u2019s mission and strategic goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, and talking points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Brand &amp; Reputation Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all external communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor media coverage and public perception of SFA Cameroon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support crisis communication planning and response when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Content Development &amp; Storytelling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop compelling content including feature stories, op-eds, newsletters, and impact highlights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with programs and development teams to capture success stories and data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support messaging for campaigns, reports, and public events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital &amp;
