    2. Mission générale<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Participer au bon fonctionnement de la résidence hôtelière en assurant, selon les besoins, des tâches en cuisine<\/strong>, service en salle<\/strong> et entretien<\/strong>, dans le respect strict des règles d’hygiène, de qualité et de service client.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Aide à la préparation des plats<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Mise en place de la cuisine<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Nettoyage du matériel et des surfaces<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Respect strict des règles d’hygiène alimentaire<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      B. Service \/ Restauration<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Mise en place de la salle<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Service des plats et boissons<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Accueil et orientation des clients<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Nettoyage et rangement après service<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        C. Entretien \/ Ménage<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Nettoyage des chambres et espaces communs<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Changement du linge<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Respect des standards de propreté hôtelière<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Signalement des anomalies (casse, pannes, manques)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Issu(e) exclusivement d’une école privée d’hôtellerie<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Connaissances de base en cuisine, service et entretien<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Bonne condition physique<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Disponible, discipliné(e), polyvalent(e)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
