Rinoo Cameroon Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Company Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company\u2019s financial operations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Record and maintain accurate financial transactions related to Rinoo\u2019s operations.
\n\u2022 Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
\n\u2022 Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
\n\u2022 Process payroll, including deductions and employee benefits.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement internal controls and compliance procedures.
\n\u2022 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
\n\u2022 Conduct cost analysis to optimize operations and reduce expenses.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with production and procurement teams for financial reporting.
\n\u2022 Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decisions.
\n\u2022 Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry practices.
\n\u2022 Participate in internal and external audits.
\n\u2022 Provide financial insights to management for improved efficiency and profitability.
\n\u2022 Use accounting software effectively for accurate reporting.
\nRequirements
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or related field
\n\u2022 Professional certification (ACCA, CICA, CPA) is an added advantage
\n\u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and communication skills<\/p>\n
