We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead resource mobilisation, donor relations, and implementation of funded projects. The PG Manager will ensure high quality proposal development, strong partnerships, and effective execution of our programmes in line with donor requirements and organisational priorities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify funding opportunities and lead proposal writing.
\n\u2022 Manage donor relations and ensure timely reporting.
\n\u2022 Oversee planning, budgeting, and implementation of all projects.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with donor rules and organisational standards.
\n\u2022 Coordinate field teams and ensure results based delivery.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field.
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years\u2019 NGO\/project management experience.
\n\u2022 Strong skills in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor engagement.
\n\u2022 Experience with M&E frameworks and financial compliance.
\n\u2022 Excellent English and French communication skills.<\/p>\n
