Please scroll to the end of the section to get to know us better.<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<br \/>\nStaff Leadership and Management<\/p>\n<p>Ability to work in a team<br \/>\nResponsible for self-learning and development with guidance from the Manager<br \/>\nEnsure cohesive working with Converged Services Team<\/p>\n<p>Accountable for meeting and prioritising own targets \/ deadlines<br \/>\nProvide information to the Manager on work accomplishments, individual \/ team challenges<br \/>\nLead team meetings and contribute on specialist \/ technical areas when required<br \/>\nReview performance metric dashboards prepared on various performance metrics and provide input to the Manager<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\nOperational Delivery<\/p>\n<p>Search for new clients who could benefit from MTNC products in a designated sector of activity, size of company or region<br \/>\nTravel to visit potential clients<br \/>\nEstablish new, and maintain existing relationships with customers<br \/>\nManage and interpret customer requirements<br \/>\nProvide Account Plans for each account to provide consultation on products and services that would best serve customer needs Develop the overall sales strategy for a given account and ensure that all sales activity is compliant with the sales strategy.<br \/>\nContinuously learn about products and become subject matter expert on products and services in the Business Services portfolio<br \/>\nPersuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs<br \/>\nCalculate client quotations<br \/>\nWork on tenders launched by customers<br \/>\nNegotiate and terms and conditions of contracts<br \/>\nNegotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions<br \/>\nPerforms cost\/benefit analysis while working on tenders\u2019 offers <\/p>\n<p>Prepare reports management (sectorial report, monthly\/quarterly roadmap)<br \/>\nRecord and maintain client contact data<br \/>\nBe presented in GSM, ICT\/Data, Cloud &amp; IT forums or any other business-related events to approach clients and present offers<br \/>\nMake technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs<br \/>\nLiaise with other technical experts to gather additional knowledge\/inputs where necessary to complete an offer<br \/>\nBe able understand client problems in order to provide the support team with the exact feedback on the issue facing by the client<br \/>\nProvide training and produce support material to the client where necessary<br \/>\nAchieve sales targets as well as collections\u2019 targets<br \/>\nEnsure no loss of revenue\/accounts in current data base<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<p>Degree in telecommunications with a commercial related postgraduate degree or qualification is desirable<br \/>\n\u00b7BSC in IT or Electrical Engineering<br \/>\nAdditional commercial qualification preferred (B.
