D\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie commerciale<br>\uf0b7 Participer avec la Direction \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de la politique commerciale ;<br>\uf0b7 Segmenter le march\u00e9 ;<br>\uf0b7 Identifier les cibles prioritaires ;<br>\uf0b7 Fixer les objectifs de vente (individuels et collectifs).<br><br>2. D\u00e9veloppement et prospection<br>\uf0b7 Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients (particuliers, entreprises,<br>institutions) ;<br>\uf0b7 Mettre en place un plan d\u2019action commercial adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque segment ;<br>\uf0b7 Organiser des campagnes de prospection (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, terrain, digital).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>3. Gestion de portefeuille client<br>\uf0b7 D\u00e9velopper et fid\u00e9liser le portefeuille clients existant ;<br>\uf0b7 Assurer un suivi personnalis\u00e9 ; anticiper les besoins ;<br>\uf0b7 R\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9clamations et assurer un service de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>4. Encadrement et animation de l\u2019\u00e9quipe commerciale<br>\uf0b7 Recruter, former et encadrer les commerciaux\/charg\u00e9s de client\u00e8le ;<br>\uf0b7 Fixer des objectifs clairs ;<br>\uf0b7 \u00c9valuer les performances ;<br>\uf0b7 Motiver et f\u00e9d\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9quipe autour d\u2019une culture de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>5. Suivi et analyse de la performance<br>\uf0b7 Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPI) : nombre de visites, taux<br>de conversion,<br>\uf0b7 \u00c9volution du portefeuille, chiffre d\u2019affaires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 ;<br>\uf0b7 Analyser les \u00e9carts et proposer des actions correctives<br>6. N\u00e9gociation et conclusion des ventes<br>\uf0b7 Pr\u00e9parer et conduire les n\u00e9gociations avec les clients ;<br>\uf0b7 \u00c9tablir des propositions commerciales adapt\u00e9es ;<br>\uf0b7 Conclure les contrats et assurer leur suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>7.
