We are recruiting for our client the position of a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful execution of the project. He\/She will ensure compliance with design specifications, safety and quality standards, while leading teams and subcontractors to deliver the project within budget and deadlines.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction on site.
\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
\nSupervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
\nMonitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
\nConduct site inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
\nAnticipate and resolve technical and operational issues.
\nLiaise with engineers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree (Bac+5 \/ MSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines (BTP).
\nMinimum 12 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role on large-scale construction projects.
\nProven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
\nExperience working in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.<\/p>\n
