Funded by Unitaid, the trial integrates diverse research<br \/>\ncomponents including epidemiology, entomology, modelling,<br \/>\nsocial science, and cost-effectiveness analysis.<br \/>\nThe project is being implemented in collaboration with the<br \/>\nNational Malaria Control Programme (NMCP) and esteemed<br \/>\ninternational institutions such as the Liverpool School of Tropical<br \/>\nMedicine (LSTM) and the London School of Hygiene and<br \/>\nTropical Medicine (LSHTM). Timely and efficient project<br \/>\ncoordination is essential to ensure smooth implementation<br \/>\nacross all components and partners.<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nThe Project Coordinator will support the Senior Project Manager<br \/>\nin planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities.<\/p>\n<p>The role ensures smooth and timely execution of operational,<br \/>\nadministrative, and technical processes across project sites and<br \/>\nteams. The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison among field<br \/>\nteams, partners, stakeholders, and management to ensure that<br \/>\nproject objectives are met in line with donor and institutional<br \/>\nrequirements.<\/p>\n<p>Support communication and collaboration between HQ, field teams, and external<br \/>\npartners.<br \/>\nOrganize and document team meetings, workshops, and trainings.<br \/>\nAssist in the development and monitoring of project work plans, timelines, and<br \/>\ndeliverables.<br \/>\nMobilize logistics and resources for smooth field operations and training events.<br \/>\nTrack milestones and prepare progress updates and internal reports.<\/p>\n<p>Draft and compile communication materials such as briefing notes and presentations.<br \/>\nSupport the documentation of lessons learned and best practices.<br \/>\nAssist in preparing budget forecasts and monitor project expenditures.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with administrative, procurement, and financial procedures.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate project documentation and correspondence.<br \/>\nLiaise with consultants, contractors, and service providers as needed.<br \/>\nSupport internal capacity building for project staff and partners.<br \/>\nRepresent the project in internal or external meetings when delegated.<br \/>\nQualifications, Skills, and Experience:<br \/>\nEssential<br \/>\n&#8211; Bachelor\u2019s degree in Project Management, Public Health, Development Studies,<br \/>\nBusiness Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).<br \/>\n&#8211; Minimum of 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in project coordination, ideally in health<br \/>\nresearch or NGO sector.<br \/>\n&#8211; Good understanding of project cycle management and donor-funded project<br \/>\nframeworks.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent communication skills in English and intermediate knowledge of French.<br \/>\n&#8211; Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.<br \/>\nDesirable<br \/>\nCENTRE FOR RESEARCH IN INFECTIOUS DISEASES<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience coordinating multi-partner or international research collaborations.<br \/>\n&#8211; Familiarity with health research ethics, protocols, and reporting.<br \/>\n&#8211; Knowledge of malaria control programmes or public health project<br \/>\nimplementation.<br \/>\nBenefits<br \/>\n&#8211;
