Exp\u00e9rience Client.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Date limite de candidature<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>10 SEPT. 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Envoyez votre CV et lettre de motivation \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante : <strong>carriere@camtrack.net<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>LES MISSIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assurer un accueil personnalis\u00e9 proactif aux clients (par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, email, plateforme digitale ou en pr\u00e9sentiel).<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9rer efficacement les r\u00e9clamations, incidents techniques et demandes clients avec un suivi complet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 r\u00e9solution.<\/li>\n<li>Collecter et analyser les retours clients (Insights) afin d\u2019identifier les irritants, anticiper les besoins et am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9diger des rapports r\u00e9guliers sur les incidents r\u00e9currents et proposer des plans d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborer \u00e9troitement avec les \u00e9quipes techniques, commerciales et op\u00e9rations pour garantir une exp\u00e9rience client fluide et coh\u00e9rente.<\/li>\n<li>Former, accompagner et recycler les clients sur l\u2019utilisation optimale des plateformes et solutions CAMTRACK (Wialon, CSS, CMS PRO, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Contribuer activement \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lisation et \u00e0 la satisfaction client en renfor\u00e7ant la relation de confiance.<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 la mise en place de meilleures pratiques en Customer Care et au respect des normes qualit\u00e9 internationales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PROFIL RECHERCH\u00c9<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience de 2 \u00e0 3 ans minimum dans un poste similaire (Service Client, Customer Care, Support Technique ou Exp\u00e9rience Client).<\/li>\n<li>Bonne connaissance des plateformes de gestion de flotte (Wialon, CSS, CMS PRO).<\/li>\n<li>Ma\u00eetrise des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk).<\/li>\n<li>Certifications appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es : ITIL, Customer Experience (CX), ISO 9001, CRM Dynamics, ou \u00e9quivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et sens prononc\u00e9 du service.<\/li>\n<li>Excellentes qualit\u00e9s relationnelles : sens de l\u2019\u00e9coute, diplomatie, communication claire et orientation client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>CAMTRACK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Douala, Bonapriso<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RECRUTEMENT DES AGENTS CUSTOMER CARE &amp;
