Job Summary:<\/p>\n
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to develop and manage client relationships, drive sales, and oversee stock and warehouse operations in Yaounde. The role requires strong communication skills in both English and French, experience in the FMCG sector in Yaounde, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Client Acquisition & Management:
\n\u2022 Prospect and secure new clients across the Yaounde market.
\n\u2022 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
\n\u2022 Follow up on client orders and ensure timely deliveries.<\/p>\n
Payment Follow-Up:
\n\u2022 Rigorously follow up on client payments to ensure on-time collections.
\n\u2022 Escalate overdue accounts promptly in line with company policy.<\/p>\n
Sales & Marketing:
\n\u2022 Execute marketing activities to boost product visibility and sales.
\n\u2022 Implement activation plans across different outlets as required.
\n\u2022 Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Stock & Warehouse Management:
\n\u2022 Oversee stock levels and ensure proper rotation to avoid expiration.
\n\u2022 Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
\n\u2022 Prepare stock forecasts based on sales trends and market demand.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analysis:
\n\u2022 Provide daily and weekly sales, stock, and payment \/ prospection reports.
\n\u2022 Conduct competition analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n\u2022 Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales in Yaounde.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of the Yaounde market and client base.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
\n\u2022 Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). <\/p>\n
