ROLE OVERVIEW:<\/p>\n
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Retail Floor Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Alcohol retail store. The role focuses on ensuring smooth shop operations, managing stock, staff supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure the shop opens and closes on time daily.
\n\u2022 Receive deliveries, verify stock, and check quality and expiry dates.
\n\u2022 Monitor stock levels daily and assist in preparing purchase orders with the manager.
\n\u2022 Record sales, purchases, and stock entries accurately into the POS system.
\n\u2022 Review and report on expired or slow-moving products.
\n\u2022 Handle in-store promotions, tastings, and activations.
\n\u2022 Deal directly with suppliers and assist in follow-ups on payments.
\n\u2022 Ensure customer satisfaction and handle large and corporate orders as per company policy.
\n\u2022 Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the store.
\n\u2022 Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure performance and discipline.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or retail operations.
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
\n\u2022 Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.).
\n\u2022 Must speak both English and French fluently.
\n\u2022 Must be presentable, respectful, and hardworking.
\n\u2022 Must be flexible and eager to learn
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills.
\n\u2022 Preferably between 30 \u2013 35 years old.<\/p>\n
