JOB PURPOSE<br \/>\nOversight supervision of branch Customer Counter Service (sales\/marketing role), Customer<br \/>\nService back-office processes and Tellers\/Operations processes, in accordance with the<br \/>\ninstitution\u2019s policies, approved procedures and Local Compliance.<br \/>\nII. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\nBoost sales and marketing in the branch.<br \/>\nEnsure service standards are achieved over the account opening, teller, and branch operations processes.<br \/>\nEnsure all customers transactions\/requests received at the branch counters are thoroughly<br \/>\nchecked for completeness and compliance, and timely processed or transmitted for processing.<br \/>\nAssists in clearing\/reducing customers queues in the branch during peak time.<br \/>\nVerify and authorize transactions processed in the branch.<br \/>\nEnsure proper and continuous monitoring of the branch to eliminate lapses in control.<br \/>\nOverall responsibility over customer service function (cards \/ check books management, account<br \/>\nopening, etc.)<br \/>\nStand as Branch Safety &amp; Security point of contact. Ensure Safety &amp; Security standard are<br \/>\nmaintained at any given time and any loophole escalated appropriately.<br \/>\nEnsure DCFC \/ AML reports are updated timely.<br \/>\nEnsure Vault procedures are always adhered to. The Vault Monthly Register Review is delegated to them.<br \/>\nEnsure tight management of ATM to ensure meeting the minimum Group standard with regard to<br \/>\navailability.<br \/>\nIn charge of monitoring branch Transactions &amp; account documentation deferral tracking.<br \/>\nEnsure all compliance related activities (Balance payment reports, AML monitoring, Suspicious<br \/>\nTransactions, Gift Policy, etc.) are fully adhered to in the branch.<br \/>\nEnsure proofing\/reconciliation of branch accounts: immediate credit, Traveler cheques accounts,<br \/>\nsuspense accounts, teller account &amp; differences, new accounts, ATM accounts, etc.<br \/>\nEnsure staff\/branch are always equipped of adequate equipment to meet Group standard (teller<br \/>\ncash counting notes, detectors, stamp machines, Vault\/safes, etc).<br \/>\nAcceptable rating for Internal and External audit comments and implement recommendations<br \/>\nprovided.<br \/>\nPerform any other function as and when assigned by the Unit Head\/Branch Manager.<\/p>\n<p>III. JOB PROFILE<br \/>\nExperience<br \/>\n05 years in core banking operations<br \/>\nEducation<br \/>\nMinimum University degree (BAC + 3\/4).<br \/>\nSkills &amp; Knowledge<br \/>\nAbility to detect unauthorized changes on instruments presented.<br \/>\nGeneral understanding of Bank products, foreign exchange local. regulations.<br \/>\nQuality oriented.<br \/>\nAbility to efficiently prioritize the tasks to perform.<br \/>\nGood level of security sense and fraud awareness.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.<br \/>\nStrong people management and leadership skills.<br \/>\nVery well organized and structured.<br \/>\nPro-activity and creativity.<\/p>\n<p>IV.
