\nII. JOB PURPOSE
\nTo deliver high quality service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships
\nto enhance product sales and new client growth targets.
\nTo deliver on agreed individual targets for
\n – Deposit growth,
\n – Revenue generation
\n – Product sales (Cross selling)
\n – New client acquisition,
\n – Digital products sales, (Mobile App, Ecobank Online)
\n – Loan portfolio management<\/p>\n
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nBUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
\nProactively develop client relationship, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs and give
\nhigh priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance
\ntargets and objectives. Work to onboard clients and develop portfolio through the sales of direct banking products and services
\nEnsure that client instructions are duly served by applying all standard checks and controls in coordination with other departments.
\nAchieve a satisfactory level of knowledge of Classic Banking products and services.
\nCUSTOMER EXCELLENCE
\nHandle client queries of day to day nature and assist in resolving clients issues.
\nLEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
\nTrack and provide weekly reports on Portfolio performance at RM level
\nTeam Player<\/p>\n
V. JOB PROFILE
\nExperience & Qualifications
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in Banking, Marketing or Sales in FMCG organization
\nSound business product knowledge and people development performance record
\nGood Understanding of operations, technology and customer services to drive the Classic banking business.
\nBachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing
\nor related field of study Fluent in English & French.
\nSkills & Capacities
\nCustomer\/market orientated and Networking
\nAbility to establish direction and drive execution
\nExcellent at delivering and owning results
\nStrong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

\nHead Retail Banking
\nIII. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nPROCESS CONTROL AND OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
\nEnsure full adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines e.g. KYC and anti-money
\nlaundering measures.
\nConstantly monitor credit portfolio to ensure maximum of 3% NPL.
\nSTRATEGIC INITIATIVES
\nLead strategic initiatives that will create business growth<\/p>\n
