IV. JOB PROFILE<\/p>\n
I. JOB PURPOSE
\nSafeguard and manages the securities and other assets of mutual funds under the bank\u2019s custody.
\nRevaluation of asset management portfolios.
\nRecruit new portfolios for the bank.
\nMaintain constant relationship with Mutual funds and the regulatory to avoid conflicts and have
\nsmooth operations.
\nEnsure treasury business optimization in terms of resources, processes and controls.
\nII. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nResponsible to review all sales and purchases of assets, reconciliation of cash and confirmation
\nof shares\/units transferred to the right investor.
\nEnsure accurate and updated information for each unit holder of the mutual funds with respect
\nto regulation.
\nSend security releases confirmation copies to fund managers.
\nProcessing instructions of mutual funds.
\nProvide other support to the unit as and when needed.
\nFully ensure the regulatory role of custodian as per the regulation of COSUMAF n\u00b01 of the 21st July 2022.
\nTEAM
\nSupport custody and treasury team so as to enable them achieve set targets.<\/p>\n

Education
\nBac + 3 minimum in Finance, Management, Banking, Marketing or related field of study.
\nWork Experience
\nMinimum of 2 years working experience in a financial institution.
\nSkills
\nAnalytical

\nInterpersonal relationship skills
\nAbility to market and establish client relationship
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\nStrong negotiation skills.
\nKnowledge
\nBroad knowledge COSUMAF regulations and financial market practices
\nWorking Knowledge of Excel
\nAppreciation of securities Accounting
\nCEMAC Financial and money market.
\nReports to Head, Treasury & FICC<\/p>\n
