Ensure that the company\u2019s Governance, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022Champion the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the Company.<\/p>\n
\u2022Lead the performance of the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment process<\/p>\n
\u2022Ensure there are skills and understanding of risk management, risk appetite and risk governance<\/p>\n
\u2022Identify and report on emerging risk trends<\/p>\n
\u2022Ensure that processes are in place to facilitate the identification, measurement, assessment, monitoring,<\/p>\n
and controlling of risks in the Company.<\/p>\n
\u2022Promote risk awareness and provide education and training on risk management.<\/p>\n
\u2022Conduct company-wide Risk and Control Self-Assessment, and develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register.<\/p>\n
\u2022Provide assurance on the effectiveness of risk treatments and related control activities<\/p>\n
\u2022Drive the annual review and update of the Company\u2019s risk management policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\u2022BAC+4 in Accounting, Sciences or Engineering, or related field<\/p>\n
\u2022MBA, Professional Qualification are required<\/p>\n
\u2022Minimum of 4\u20137 years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT risk, or information security.<\/p>\n
\u2022Solid knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM)<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
\u2022Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.<\/p>\n
\u2022Good understanding of regulatory environments and corporate governance.
\n\u2022Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
\u2022Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English<\/p>\n
