ASSIGNMENT <\/p>\n
Design, manage and implement the BHH Group\u2019s CSR and sustainable development strategy in order to make it a lever for<\/p>\n
overall performance, reputation and creation of shared value, in line with the group\u2019s 2030 vision.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
1. CSR Strategy & Governance<\/p>\n
Define and update the Group\u2019s CSR policy in relation to ESG issues, SDGs, and the requirements of stakeholders (customers, lessors, authorities, investors).
\nEstablish structured CSR governance including CSR committees and relays at each industrial site or country.<\/p>\n
Integrate CSR into the Group\u2019s overall strategy and internal policies (HR, purchasing, production, environment, etc.).
\n2. Monitoring, Reporting & KPIs<\/p>\n
Implement ESG\/CSR performance indicators (e.g. carbon footprint, water\/energy consumption, social inclusion, ethics).
\nProduce an annual CSR report aligned with international standards (e.g. GRI, SASB).
\nContribute to internal and external CSR\/ESG audits (e.g. ISO 14001, 26000 certifications, customer and investor audits).
\n3. Compliance & Certifications<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with national and international regulations on social, environmental, health and ethics.
\nManage certification processes (HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, Rainforest Alliance, Ecocert, etc.).
\n4. Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
Represent the Group in CSR sector initiatives (NGOs, forums, responsible business networks).
\nLead dialogue with local communities and partner NGOs on social and environmental issues.
\n5. Communication & Awareness<\/p>\n
Develop awareness-raising and internal training actions on CSR (ethics, environment, safety, diversity, etc.).
\nPromote the Group\u2019s CSR actions in communication channels (internal, PR, reports, etc.).
\nJob requirements and required skills<\/p>\n
Training:<\/p>\n
Bac+5 in Sustainable Development, CSR, Environment, Social Sciences, Management, or equivalent
\nAdditional training in ESG, Audit, Ethics or Management Systems (ISO) appreciated
\nExperience :<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in CSR \/ Sustainable Development, ideally in an industrial or agri-food group
\nExperience in a multi-country or multi-site environment , particularly in Africa, is a plus
\nKey skills:<\/p>\n
In-depth knowledge of CSR standards and benchmarks (GRI, SDGs, ISO 26000, Carbon Footprint, etc.)
\nGood understanding of agrifood, social and environmental issues in Africa<\/p>\n
Excellent cross-functional coordination, change management, reporting and project management skills
\nLeadership, ability to convince and influence management and stakeholders
\nLANGUAGES :<\/p>\n
Fluent French essential
\nProfessional English required (working with international partners, ESG reporting , etc.)<\/p>\n
