Job Profile<\/p>\n
Ensure that the company\u2019s Governance, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management processes are operating effectively.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022Assist champion the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the Company.<\/p>\n
\u2022Support the performance of the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment process<\/p>\n
\u2022Identify and report on emerging risk trends<\/p>\n
\u2022Support the process of identification, measurement, assessment, monitoring, and controlling of risks in the Company.<\/p>\n
\u2022Promote risk awareness and provide education and training on risk management.<\/p>\n
\u2022Conduct company-wide Risk and Control Self-Assessment, and develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register.<\/p>\n
\u2022Provide assurance on the effectiveness of risk treatments and related control activities<\/p>\n
\u2022Drive the annual review and update of the Company\u2019s risk management policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\u2022BAC+3 in Accounting, Sciences or Engineering, or related field<\/p>\n
\u2022MBA, Professional Qualification is an added advantage<\/p>\n
\u2022At least 1 year of experience in risk management, audit, or related field is preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.<\/p>\n
\u2022Good understanding of risk management<\/p>\n
\u2022Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
\u2022Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English<\/p>\n
