Job Profile<\/p>\n
To monitor and control inventory movement across the food manufacturing process,<\/p>\n
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of stock records through regular testing and reporting.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022Monitor stock movement (raw materials, packaging, finished goods) across warehouses and production lines.<\/p>\n
\u2022Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations with system records (e.g., SAP).<\/p>\n
\u2022Ensure inventory handling, storage, and documentation follow company and food safety standards.<\/p>\n
\u2022Support investigations of stock variances and propose corrective actions.<\/p>\n
\u2022Test stock-related transactions to identify control weaknesses and non-compliance.<\/p>\n
\u2022Report inventory risks, such as slow-moving or expired items, to the Internal Controller.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\u2022Minimum of BAC+2 in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field<\/p>\n
\u2022At least 1 year of experience in accounting, audit, or related field is preferred.<\/p>\n
\u2022Experience in documenting business processes and internal procedures<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
\u2022Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.<\/p>\n
\u2022Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English<\/p>\n
