Intitulé du poste :<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong>Technico-Commercial (H\/F)<\/span>    <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Missions principales :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Développer et maintenir un portefeuille de clients<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Présenter les produits et services de la société de manière proactive<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prendre les commandes clients, assurer la livraison et le recouvrement des créances clients <\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Faire des préconisations aux clients pour les aider à trouver des solutions sur mesure à leurs besoins ;  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assurer le service après-vente ; <\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Suivre la satisfaction des clients et résoudre les problèmes techniques éventuels <\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Établir les reportings réguliers sur l’activité commerciale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profil recherché :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Titulaire d’un BAC+2\/3 en Informatique, commerce, marketing, en gestion ou en Sciences économiques, en logistique ou domaines connexes, <\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Disposez d’une première expérience dans le marketing et la vente du matériel informatique de préférence <\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bonne maîtrise des logiciels Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, etc <\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellente expression orale et capacités rédactionnelle<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Une bonne Utilisation des outils digitaux modernes (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, messagerie électronique…) ;  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Une bonne Capacité d’organisation et polyvalente ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>La maitrise de l’anglais et du français (bilingue) sera un atout.<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
