ACADEMIC AFFAIRS COORDINATORS (TWO (2) FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS)
\nThese positions are for the School of Management, Accounting, Business &
\nFinance and the School of Computer Engineering.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Lead the development, review, and enhancement of academic programs in
\nalignment with YIBS\u2019s strategic vision.
\n\u2022 Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with accreditation
\nstandards and institutional policies.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with faculty to promote teaching excellence, research initiatives,
\nand student engagement.
\n\u2022 Drive interdisciplinary partnerships and academic innovation across
\ndepartments.
\nRequirements:
\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s degree (PhD preferred) in Management, Accounting, Business,
\nFinance, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum
\ndevelopment, or higher education administration.
\n\u2022 Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a passion for
\nacademic advancement.<\/p>\n
