Intitulé du poste : <\/span><\/strong>Chef comptable (H\/F).<\/strong><\/span>                              <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mission principale :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Assurer la fiabilité, la régularité et la conformité de l’ensemble des opérations comptables, fiscales et financières de l’entreprise. Garantir la production des états financiers dans les délais, tout en respectant les normes comptables et les obligations légales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsabilités clés :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Gestion de la comptabilité générale et analytique ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Élaboration des états financiers et rapports réglementaires ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Gestion de la trésorerie et des flux de capitaux ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervision de la gestion des impôts et taxes ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyse financière et proposition d’améliorations ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assurer le reporting financier à la direction générale et aux actionnaires ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière comptable et fiscal ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Gestion d’équipe et développement des compétences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profil :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Formation : Minimum Bac+5 en Comptabilité et Finances ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Expérience professionnelle : 05 ans minimum en comptabilité en poste similaire, idéalement dans une industrie de transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compétences et aptitudes requises :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Connaissance des normes comptables et fiscales ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent niveau en analyse financière et gestion de la trésorerie ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion comptable ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Compétences en communication et présentation ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intégrité et éthique ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leadership ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adaptabilité ;<\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Gestion du temps.<\/span><\/p>\n
