To achieve this, Shwari Health Cameroon uses proven community strategies to identify HIV infected children and adolescents, refer them to health facilities for initiation on treatment, support and accompany them through treatment to ensure they remain in care and achieve viral suppression. Our mission is to be one of the most sought-after implementations science associations in Cameroon that uses evidence-based strategies to effectively cover the \u2018Know-Do\u2019 gaps in the provision of health services. We aim to achieve this through the application of modern evidence generation and synthesis methods to understand operational contexts so as to devise strategies that could make the implementation efforts more effective and efficient. SHWARI Health Association, in partnership with Georgetown University&rsquo;s Center for Global Health Practice and Impact (CGHPI), the Government of the Republic of Cameroon&rsquo;s Regional Technical Groups (RTGs), will be implementing a project titled SAFECARE-Cameroon, which is a 5-year CDC\/PEPFAR-Funded project. SAFECARE-Cameroon\u2019s goal is to develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive facility and community-based HIV services for children, adolescents, and adults in Cameroon in PEPFAR supported regions of the country and support the country to fast track its progress to achieve HIV epidemic control. As a result, SHWARI Health Association Cameroon (SHAC) is recruiting for the following program implementation positions. All prospective candidates must be fluent in French and working knowledge of English. These positions will be based in Yaound\u00e9 or Bertoua.<\/p>\n<p>SHAC Office Positions<\/p>\n<p>Position:        Driver, SAFECARE Project -Cameroon<br \/>\nReports to:        Logistics and Admin Officer<br \/>\nLocation of work:    Yaound\u00e9 or Bertoua, Cameroon<br \/>\nNumber of positions:        03<br \/>\nPosition Overview:    The incumbent performs a variety of general management support tasks within the program&rsquo;s logistics unit.  He\/she is also responsible for vehicle maintenance, vehicle record keeping and related maintenance. The driver will also assist and collaborate with the Logistics and Administrative Officer on maintenance issues, and ensure that the vehicle and on-board documents are kept up to date.  In addition, the incumbent will generally be responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle.<br \/>\nEssential Functions<br \/>\n\u2022    As driver, performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an SHAC Cameroon vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country&rsquo;s<br \/>\ntraffic rules and SHAC Cameroon security rules in order to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service.\u2022    As mechanic, in charge of maintaining vehicle, ensuring that they are in good working condition and that they have the necessary materials and equipment, such as tools, emergency box, spare parts, etc. Tasks include fixing minor mechanical problems and liaising with the Fleet Supervisor for major mechanical problems. Ensuring That staff have and uses the appropriates protective materials<br \/>\n\u2022    Maintaining up to date and accurate department stock cards and tracking the consumption and condition of products dedicated to vehicle. Using materials according to SHAC Cameroon policies and procedures and in collaboration with the Supply Chain Supervisor, preparing the monthly LPO<br \/>\n\u2022    For the fleet management, responsible for planning and organizing the weekly check-up and service of the vehicles according to SHAC Cameroon policies and procedures. After every service, repair and check-up, completing the necessary documents, such as logbook, check-up sheet and monthly report.
