Maviance PLC is a digital financial services provider that develops, operates, and grows a technological platform that focuses on increasing and facilitating access to digital financial services (including bill & payment aggregation, retail payments, agent banking, corporate & bulk payments) to people, companies, and government entities of all income level across Cameroon. Maviance PLC is engaging in its expansion phase in Cameroon and within the CEMAC (Central African) region with the goal of establishing the company as the #1 leading player in the Fintech and Digital Financial space.<\/p>\n
To accompany us in this light, we are in need of a Sales Assistant who will support the sales team by collecting and compiling sales data, creating reports, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments. This is an ideal candidate shall report to the Sales Director and must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to perform data analysis, with a strong knack for teamwork in achieving collective goals.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include but not limited to;<\/p>\n
Ensure that sales processes are optimized and introduce automation wherever possible to reduce manual effort
\nEnsure that right tools that fit the sales needs for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities are implemented (CRM, Reporting, data analysis, etc\u2026)<\/p>\n
Ensure that the team knows to use the tools effectively.
\nSet up Develop and maintain reports on performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
\nCreate and update dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
\nEnsure that CRM tools and reporting software are able to track, analyze, and report on sales data.
\nEnsure leads are tracked through existing tools and provide accurate, up-to-date customer and lead information.
\nPrepare sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and quotes, for customers.
\nEnsure effective communication between sales teams, marketing, and other departments.
\nEnsure Effective communication on sales activities throughout the Company
\nSchedule meetings and manage team calendars to ensure timely coordination.
\nSupport new team members with onboarding and training on systems and sales tools.
\nManage the Sales Director\u2019s calendar, travel, and expense reports.
\nAssist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for client meetings.<\/p>\n
Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
\nRequirements
\nPrevious experience in sales, administrative support, or a related field.
\nStrong proficiency with CRM tools and reporting software.
\nFamiliarity with sales performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.
\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
\nAbility to work well with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, etc.).
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
\nAbility to manage confidential information with discretion.<\/p>\n
